Less than one year after purchasing a 5,000-square-foot home in the Nashville area, Taylor Swift has put the four bedroom home back on the market, with a $1.45 million price tag. That’s $50,000 more than she paid for the five bedroom house last September. The house was built in 1929 and features a beautiful outdoor garden and fireplace, hardwood floors and “several magnificently ornate hand-crafted plaster ceilings.” Taylor’s rumored to have two other homes in the Nashville area, as well as a $3.35 million pad in Beverly Hills.
