"Family Fun Day - Realtors® Heal the Burn" is a free event that is open to the public and will have a carnival type atmosphere featuring many different activities and games for kids of all ages including pony rides, bounce houses, karate demonstrations, and more! Local fire and police departments will have department vehicles on display. The event brings awareness to the Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation whose goal is to help burn survivors in their journey of recovery as well as to prevent others from experiencing the traumatic event of a burn injury. The event will be held in the parking lot of the Athens Area Association of Realtors® which is located off of Jennings Mill Road just inside the Jennings Mill Subdivision entrance.
