Body fat percentage test.Body composition tests can unlock clues about why you are not losing weight, help you set realistic goals and might reveal that you are in better (or worse) shape than you think. Please be sure to wear shorts, a t-shirt, a sports bra for women, and do not workout before the test for the most accurate results.
